LARGE GRANT SCHEME
You are now going into the application form which will take you through various stages. You must read the guidance notes available from the Trust web site before answering each question. As long as you have read the guidance notes, it should take you approximately one hour to complete the form. Please click on the "?" sign for help with individual questions.
The application form has several pages but you will not be able to go back to a previous page unless you have completed all of the questions that are compulsory (marked *) on the current page. You can save and exit the application form as often as you like, returning to it to make amendments at a later time. When your answers have been compiled you can review the form before final submission. The application is only sent to SITA Trust when you click the "Submit" button on the last page.
You will see a message acknowledging receipt of your application. You should also receive an e-mail, which confirms receipt of your application and advises what happens next in the application process. A copy of your application will be attached to the email. Please advise SITA Trust if you do not receive this e-mail.
Data Protection
Any personal data that you may be asked to provide to SITA Trust will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
