FAST TRACK FUND 

Welcome to the Fast Track Fund application form. You must read the application guide available from the Trust web site before answering each question.  

Applicants will be required to attach a number of documents. These include a completed Project Budget, two digital photographs to illustrate the project, as well as digital copies of letters of support and quotations for any work to be carried out by contractors. You will be able to upload them into the application form in one of the later pages. If you are unable to upload digital copies you may supply this information by post.  

Please note: The Fast Track Fund has been designed to allow projects to start quickly. Due to the volume of applications that the Trust receives we request that all required information relating to an application is submitted in full, either electronically or by post, by the published deadline date. Unfortunately, if we do not receive the Project Budget, 2 photographs, 3 quotes and the applying organisation’s latest set of accounts by the published deadline your application will be deferred to the next funding round. In some cases your application will be rejected. Therefore, if you are sending information by post, it must reach us by the published deadline date.

Once your application has been submitted you will see a message acknowledging receipt. You should also receive an e-mail, which confirms receipt of your application and advises what happens next in the application process. A copy of your application will be attached to the e-mail. Please advise SITA Trust if you do not receive this e-mail.
